Plan your itinerary and make your way through the south and the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina and Tennessee for October and November leaf looking. Follow the colorful paths through Tennessee’s Great Smoky Mountains and walk the Appalachian Trail in North Georgia.

Visit Aspen and take in the yellow and gold hues of Colorado’s best-known tree or see the rolling hills of Vermont and hike the red, orange, and yellow trails of Mt. Mansfield. Oregon has its own fantastic fall features along the Columbia River Gorge where travelers can hike, kayak, or go whitewater rafting along the shore lined with the brilliant colors of fir, cottonwood, big-leaf maple, pine, and ash.
